DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
At Intagrit, we ensure each product is shipped with premium packaging materials and packed in original manufacturer’s boxes, further protected with high-quality bubble wrap. Our packaging is designed to withstand external factors like impact, moisture, and weather conditions during transit. We partner with reputable courier companies to guarantee timely delivery without damages across India, including remote locations.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
We prioritize the condition of every product we ship. Upon order placement, your items undergo rigorous quality inspection to ensure they meet our standards. After passing our quality control process, we carefully package and ship your products through our trusted logistics partners. Our delivery partners are committed to delivering products to the correct address on time.
Delivery timeframes may vary based on location, product availability, and local factors. If you don’t receive your order within the estimated period, please contact us immediately at Info@intagrit.com to initiate order tracking.
Products are delivered with an invoice only to the authorized delivery address provided during checkout. For multiple product orders, items may arrive separately depending on availability and logistics.
PRODUCT PACKAGING
Every Intagrit order meets the highest shipping security standards. We use premium packing materials to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep. Track your shipment status after dispatch using the tracking code we provide via email once your order leaves our facility.
DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Intagrit delivers across India through our logistics network. We’re committed to reaching your location. Check delivery availability by entering your pin-code in the address checker on product pages or during checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
Most orders are processed the same day and shipped from our warehouse serving customers nationwide. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
As a registered user, track your order by:
- Logging into your Intagrit account
- Clicking “Your Orders”
- Viewing order status, tracking information, and delivery updates
- Managing account information and addresses
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Shipping methods display estimated delivery times, typically 7-10 working days depending on products and destinations. Payment processing may take up to 24 hours before dispatch begins. Upon shipment, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Please note: Large orders or logistics partner delays may extend delivery times. Intagrit is not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events including natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, terrorism, or strikes.
DELIVERY SCHEDULING
We strive for timely delivery and request you provide a valid, active phone number. Our logistics partner will contact you when your order ships to coordinate delivery timing.
If you’re unavailable during delivery or concerned about acceptance, contact our delivery agent or customer care at [PHONE NUMBER] to reschedule. We’ll accommodate your request whenever possible. Holiday deliveries are held until the next business day.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping costs depend on products ordered and are calculated based on weight, volume, and order specifications. All shipping charges are displayed in the Order Summary during checkout. We charge only the exact shipping cost declared at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Intagrit delivers within India only. For international inquiries, contact Info@intagrit.com. We’ll evaluate delivery options based on location and international regulations.
PAYMENT METHODS:
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, plus Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro debit cards. You’ll need your card number, expiry date, and CVV for secure 3D authentication through your bank’s portal.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available for orders up to Rs 10,000 as a cash-only payment method. Additional Rs 30 COD charges apply for orders under Rs 500.
COD may not be available in all locations or for certain products based on courier partner policies and product restrictions. Alternative payment methods include Net Banking and Credit/Debit Cards.
